I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, they even provided pool towels and washing liquid. The location was easy to find and felt secure with electric gates. The rooms were very clean and had everything I needed, including a spacious loft bedroom for the kids.

The apartments have a nice garden area and well-maintained units that come fully equipped, perfect for those who wish to make their own meals. The location allows visitors to access popular tourist sites easily, such as the zoo or observatory.

The linen situation can be confusing, as all towels look alike which is somewhat uncomfortable.

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook my own meals. A nice touch was the courtyard area where I enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the pool was a refreshing spot to relax after a long day of work. Plus, there were plenty of nearby cafes and dining options to choose from.

While the apartments were comfortable, I would have appreciated a more modern shower with better water pressure as the temperature kept fluctuating. for the price, I expected a larger unit and an en-suite.

Had the best New Year's celebration with my family here! The gardens are stunning and well-kept, perfect for a little stroll or some outdoor fun. The pool was the highlight for the kids, they loved it! The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was spot-on, as we were able to walk to the main shopping area and explore the town easily.

The bathroom was a little chilly, but that's because it had an external door. , the showerhead was fitted quite low, which made it a bit uncomfortable for taller people like myself.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and dining table. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the washing machine and dryer were convenient for longer stays. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the carpeted floor added a cozy touch. The dining options were great, with in-room breakfast and an outdoor dining area. The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing bonus, and the BBQ facilities were perfect for a relaxed meal. The free Wi-Fi and parking were also much appreciated.

The apartment we were given was smaller than expected and uncomfortable. Despite requesting a change, the owners refused. They also charged us again for our child, even though we had already paid. The apartment was not serviced during our stay and the owners refused to refund us. We were extremely unhappy with the treatment we received.

I cannot recommend this hotel due to the negative experiences we had during our stay.
